Our Experience
Our attorneys defend businesses, health care facilities, and professionals in employment, insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, product liability and professional malpractice defense cases from pre-litigation through trial or even an appeal. We have the reputation that, if requested by our clients, we will without hesitation go to trial. However, when appropriate, we advocate for early mediation and we participate in more than 25 mediations a year.
Meet Our Team
Our team is comprised of dynamic individuals. We are trial lawyers. Collectively, we have been lead counsel in more than 320 civil jury trials throughout the State of Idaho. We are leaders. Our attorneys hold leadership positions in Idaho State Bar practice sections, assist with fundraising efforts for the statewide Access to Justice campaign, and served on the Boise Philharmonic board. We are authors and speakers. We present and write articles on a variety of topics, including whistleblowers, e-Discovery rules, 1st Amendment, default judgment, settlement negotiations and permissive appeals. We are volunteers in the legal community. We serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in cases of child abuse, neglect, and abandonment, we assist low-income tenants in eviction cases, and we provide guidance about wills, paternity and custody agreements to low-income parents. And we are athletes, musicians (and music lovers), bakers, skiers, travelers, gardeners and home improvement DIYers.
