RANDALL L. SCHMITZ - Attorney
 
Randy concentrates his practice on construction law, insurance defense, employment and labor law, and commercial litigation.

His practice has a special emphasis on construction litigation, and he is involved in the negotiation, mediation, arbitration and trial of construction-related matters on behalf of all segments of the construction industry, including owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals.  Randy has successfully represented clients in trial and on appeal to the Idaho Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Randy also represents and counsels clients on labor law issues.  He has defended charges of unfair labor practices, and he successfully assisted in getting a decertification petition to a vote which resulted in decertification of the labor union.

Randy is admitted to practice in both Idaho and Oregon.
